Boris Loginov is a Ukrainian composer born on 27.October 1990 in Kyiv. He started his way in music from early childhood as a pianist and at the same time he began to try himself in composition. Works in various musical genres with various ensembles: symphony orchestra, chamber orchestra, choir, chamber ensembles and solos. Also works in the field of electroacoustic music, music for theatrical and artistic performances, film soundtracks. 

Participated in master classes of Kyiv Contemporary Music Days (2016, 2017, 2018, 2021), master classes in Envision Sound program with British Council and Dovzhenko Center (2018), scholarship program of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland «Gaude Polonia» (2019). His mentors were: Jaime Reis, Stefan Prins, Annette Vande Gorne, Mehmet Can Özer, Marcin Błażewicz, Michael Price, Alla Zahaykevich.


His pieces were performed at: "Kyiv Contemporary Music Days" (2016, 2017, 2021), projects of “Collegium Musicum” (2014, 2016), “Dzenzelivka Classical Week” (2015, 2016, 2017), international music festival “Odessa Classics” (2021), “New-York Ukrainian Contemporary Music Festival” (2021), "Translatorium" (2021), "Translationale Berlin" (2022). Also performed during presentation of project “Planeta Ukrain 2022” in the framework of Triennale Milano (Milan, Italy), “Jauna Muzika 2022” (Vilnius, Lithuania) and “Gaudeamus Festival 2022” (Utrecht, Netherlands)​ etc.


Was played by: Orest Smovzh (violin), Antonii Baryshevskyi (Piano), Zhanna Marchynska (cello), Nina Guo (vocal), Dmytro Choni (piano), Olga Kulchynska (vocal), Dmytro Pashynskyi (clarinet), Serhii Vilka (flute), Gleb Kanasevich (clarinet), Lindsey Eckenroth (flute), Pierluigi Clemente (guitar), Anastasia Stovbyr (piano), Sophie Hunold (vocal), Mariya Khylko (organ) etc. And also "Kyiv Symphony Orchestra" - conductor Mykola Lysenko, Rivne Regional Philharmonic Orchestra - conductor Ivan Ostapovych, Vocal Ensemble "Alter Ratio" - conductor Olga Prykhodko, Choir "Features.ua" - conductor Natalie Begma, Lux Vocal Ensemble - conductor Ulrike Heider, Sed Contra Ensemble, Synaesthesis Ensemble etc.

Nowadays participant of stipendium programm "U*music" from Deutscher Musikrat and fellowship-programm “Weltoffenes Berlin” in collaboration with Acker Stadt Palast (Berlin).
