Boris Loginov is a Ukrainian composer and performer born on 27.October 1990 in Kyiv. Works in various genres with various ensembles and soloists. Also works in the field of electroacoustic music, artistic performances and installations, theatrical music and film soundtracks. Nowadays studying and based in Freiburg, Germany.
Participated in: master classes of Kyiv Contemporary Music Days (2016, 2017, 2018, 2021), master classes in Envision Sound program with British Council and Dovzhenko Center (Ukraine, 2018), master classes in Festival Mixtur (Spain, 2023), scholarship program of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland «Gaude Polonia» (Poland, 2019) where his mentors were: Jaime Reis, Stefan Prins, Annette Vande Gorne, Mehmet Can Özer, Marcin Błażewicz, Michael Price, Alla Zahaykevich. Also participated in fellowship-program “Weltoffenes Berlin” (Germany, 2022-2023) and was a Dartmouth College resident within Harris Program (USA, 2024).
Performed at: "Kyiv Contemporary Music Days" (2016, 2017, 2021, 2023), projects of “Collegium Musicum” (2014, 2016), “Dzenzelivka Classical Week” (2015, 2016, 2017), international music festival “Odessa Classics” (2021), “New-York Ukrainian Contemporary Music Festival” (2021), "Translatorium" (2021), "Translationale Berlin" (2022). Also performed during presentation of project “Planeta Ukrain 2022” in the framework of Triennale Milano (Milan, Italy), “Jauna Muzika 2022” (Vilnius, Lithuania), "UpToThree Festival" (Berlin, Germany), “Gaudeamus Festival 2022” (Utrecht, Netherlands), "Festival Mixtur 2023" (Barcelona, Spain) etc.
